The Forklift Operator provides an opportunity for the candidate to develop skills as an advanced warehouse professional in our food production facility in Totowa, NJ. The candidate will play a key role in assuring that our customers are supplied with all the items that they order on-time and in full. The Forklift Operator role will be on the 2nd shift, 2PM - 10:30PM.

The warehouse is large, open-floor areas with loud machinery, requiring some areas for workers to wear ear protection to guard against noise. Workers are exposed to high temperatures during the summer months. Some work in cold environments during winter months. You will be exposed to a dusty work environment due to raw materials. Materials may contain allergens (eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, milk, fish, shellfish, wheat).

This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement. Compensation and other terms and conditions of employment are subject to the provisions of that agreement. Please note, pay rates and compensation programs may be modified in the future based on business needs, policy updates, or union negotiations, as applicable. At the time of this posting, the compensation for this position is a fixed hourly rate of $21.50 per hour. In addition to the base rate, shift differentials apply as follows: $1.10 per hour for second shift and $1.65 per hour for third shift. In addition, we offer:
