Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the QC Flavors Laboratory, including testing of incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Perform laboratory activities in accordance with company Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Quality, and Environmental procedures.
- Follow established quality and safety standards to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Assist with basic quality control testing and documentation, ensuring records are completed on time and accurately.
- Support the use of quality tools and systems under guidance to help improve laboratory and process reliability.
- Assist in maintaining and improving quality systems and QC processes as required.
- Prepare and support the issuance of Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Conformance (CoC).
- Support investigations into quality issues and non‑conformances, including data collection and basic root cause analysis.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions under supervision to address quality issues.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical, Pharmacy or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in Food industry or Flavor’s QC function.
- Familiar with Sensory organoleptic, Analytical and Microbiology QC related activities.
- Proficiency in English communication skills. Fluency in secondary local language will be advantageous.
- Knowledge in MS Office and SAP system.
- Experience with HACCP, sanitation allergen control, GMP, and other quality programs are added advantage.
