Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Salesperson, based on-site in Leiden, NL. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present products and build client relationships
Knowledge of market research and familiarity with sales strategies
Experience in the food, biotech, or related industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
