Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of dairy customers, acting as the primary commercial interface with IFF
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, formulations, and market trends across dairy applications (cheese, yogurt, desserts, ice cream, beverages, alternatives)
- Build and execute robust account plans aligned with customer strategies and IFF business objectives
- Drive profitable growth through value-based selling, portfolio optimization, and new business development
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, supply agreements, and margin improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Applications, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations) to deliver innovative solutions from concept to commercialization
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and align with Supply Chain to meet customer service and delivery expectations
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within customer projects and commercial activities
- Lead and continuously improve project execution through clear milestones, tracking, and post-project reviews
What Makes You the Right Fit
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or account management within the dairy or food ingredients industry
- Strong knowledge of dairy applications and ingredient systems (e.g., proteins, hydrocolloids, food protection solutions)
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver commercial results
- Strong business acumen, including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities
- Fluent in English with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
How Would You Stand Out?
- Background in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience working across LATAM markets or in multicultural environments
- Strong digital and data-driven mindset (e.g., CRM, SAP, Power BI)
