Our Mission
Did you know that 7 billion chicks are culled annually because it is easier and cheaper than raising them? Omegga’s mission is to enable early, secure, non-invasive in-ovo sexing using AI-powered spectroscopy and offer hatcheries an economic and ethical alternative: sorting out eggs that are not needed instead of culling chicks.
Today, our systems are already in use at customer sites, and our focus is on scaling performance, robustness, and deployment across an international customer base. For us, scaling is not just a business goal. It means changing an industry for the better.
We are looking for people who take ownership, think in systems, and want to help turn a working product into the industry benchmark. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
About You
We are looking for a highly proactive Customer Operations & Success Manager to work closely with hatcheries deploying our AI-powered in-ovo sexing technology. You will become the key interface between customers, engineering, operations, and product team - ensuring successful system rollouts, stable operations, and long-term customer satisfaction.
You will operate closely alongside industrial processes, complex hardware systems, biological variability, and high operational pressure environments.
Your Mission
Own customer relationships from installation through long-term operation
Build trusted relationships with hatchery managers and staff, travel regularly to customer sites across Germany and internationally
Monitor operational KPIs, uptime, and customer success metrics
Drive adoption of new features, workflows, and best practices
Coordinate onboarding, training, and operational ramp-up at hatcheries, ensure SOPs are understood, accepted, and consistently applied
Support customer-facing hatchery operations end to end, ensuring reliable execution and consistently strong operational outcomes
Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements
Work closely with engineering and data teams to troubleshoot and improve system performance
Act as the first escalation point for operational and technical issues
Your Profile
Experience in customer success, technical account management, operations, consulting, or project management
A natural communicator with presence and authority who can build trust with hatchery managers and confidently guide process change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in German & English, both spoken and written
Hands-on mentality, structured and detail-oriented working style
Comfortable working at the intersection of hardware, software, biology, and industrial automation
Willingness to travel, driver license required
Experience in agriculture, food-tech, biotech, med-tech, or manufacturing
Bonus
Experience with industrial machinery, automation, or robotics
Familiarity with data-driven products and KPI tracking
