OverviewAs the PFC Category Associate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our marketing team to drive share & profit growth across our brands. This role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional partners on the innovation agenda which includes building AOP, volume forecasts, P&Ls & ongoing reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, great sense of ownership & accountability, as well as strong analytical and financial acumen.

Total Compensation: $84,100 - $134,100

What you’ll be working on:
- Manage, track and influence holistic performance of PFC brands in Canada
- Drive future innovation agenda (including SKU optimization)
- Deliver innovation P&Ls partnering with marketing, commercialization, sales strategy & RGM teams as part of the stage gate process
- Influence AOP planning, contributing to target setting, defining the role of innovation, defining trajectory of building blocks
- Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared growth objectives
- Deliver driver-based brand revenue builds
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred. MBA or CPA an asset
- 4-7 years of relevant finance experience in Marketing, Brand or Innovation
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way
- Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Effective time management & prioritization capabilities
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement
- Strong modeling skills and system skills (ie. SAP, Power BI)
- Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
