Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Prepare and complete customer sample requests according to given instructions and timelines.
- Perform basic weighing and mixing of powder, liquid, and emulsion samples based on formulations provided.
- Update sample information and status in SAP/Marco or other systems accurately.
- Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and GMP requirements during daily work.
- Work closely with Planning, QC, Production, and Shipping teams to support timely sample delivery.
- Operate basic equipment (e.g., blender, grinder, small-scale machines) safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the sample lab area.
- Label, pack, and prepare samples for delivery to internal or external customers.
- Check raw material availability and inform the supervisor if there are shortages or delays.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Minimum Senior High School or Diploma qualification.
- Experience in food/flavor manufacturing or lab environment is an advantage (open to junior candidates).
- Basic knowledge of GMP, food safety, or quality practices is preferred.
- Familiar with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
- Able to follow instructions, pay attention to details, and work within deadlines.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
