Role Description
As our Junior Technologist, you'll be the bridge between product development and production, helping transform innovative ideas into efficient, scalable and high-quality products.
Working closely with our Production, Quality and R&D teams, you'll support new product launches, optimize manufacturing processes, run production trials and contribute to continuous process improvements. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time both on the production floor and behind the scenes - analyzing data, evaluating results and ensuring our products are consistently produced to the highest standards.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how food is made and is excited by the challenge of making production processes better, more efficient and more reliable.
You might be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food Engineering or a related field
Strong theoretical understanding of food production, processing and food safety principles
Interest in production processes, process optimization and industrial food manufacturing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn observations into improvements
Curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with production, quality and R&D teams
Fluency in both Slovene and English
Own transportation
No extensive industry experience? That's perfectly okay.
