Role: Demand Planner & Customer Services Support — based in Enschede, Netherlands (part of the Supply Chain Team).
Job Summary
This combined role focuses primarily on demand planning (approx. 60-70%) while also providing customer services support (30-40%). The role facilitates forecasting and demand planning meetings, and works closely with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Forecasting, R&D) and external Distribution Business Partners.
Responsibilities
• Provide scenarios and guidance on demand and supply balancing at BYND EMEA level
• Prepare and communicate the forecast to production planners; ensure the Supply Chain team has correct information
• Facilitate bi-weekly Demand Review meetings and monthly Sales/forecast meetings; support S&OP, S&OE, and Supply Review meetings
• Support unconstrained customer demand plans, including product phase in/phase out
• Analyze current sales, promotional activities, trend developments, and product introductions
• Support order processing, pricing validation, and organization of international shipments
• Provide customers with exceptional service on orders, product details, shipments, billing, returns, and credits
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a demand planning role; customer services experience a big plus
• Experience in a top-tier consumer products and/or food and beverage company
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• ERP system knowledge; strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency; Netsuite experience an advantage
• Proficient English; fluency in Dutch is highly preferred; German or French a plus
