The Role
In this context of strong growth, we're looking for a Franchise Area Specialist (supermarkets and/or Horeca franchises) based in Belfort to join the fight against food waste. As a Franchise Area Specialist, you will be part of the HMSM team (Systeme U, Intermarche, E.Leclerc, Carrefour Franchises) and will be responsible for developing our presence in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comte region.
Responsibilities
Map and prospect supermarkets in your area
Convince as many stores as possible to join our mission (acquisition meetings with store managers and franchisees)
Support partners in implementing Too Good To Go in-store: defining processes, training teams, monitoring performance
Develop strong relationships with regional and departmental managers to facilitate expansion in your area
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, with a marked ease in relationship-building
Autonomy and ability to work independently
Persuasiveness and excellent listening skills
Proactive mindset, adaptability and solutions-oriented approach
Organization and rigor, with the ability to manage several projects at once
Motivated by the mission to fight food waste and committed to Too Good To Go's values
Experience in the retail sector is a plus
Fluent French, English is a plus
