The Role: The Senior Accountant - International ensures accurate statutory accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting for multiple legal entities across the globe, partnering with International Accounting and Finance Shared Services. Based in Rancagua, supporting several international entities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform statutory accounting and month-end close for multiple international entities
- - Prepare and analyze balance sheet, P&L, and margin results
- - Manage Corporate Income Tax, VAT, WHT, and other local tax reporting
- - Ensure timely filing of statutory accounts and local regulatory submissions
- - Act as primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors
- - Support budgeting and forecasting for the region
- - Monitor cash requirements and support funding/liquidity planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- - 5+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
- - Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, tax, and US GAAP
- - Advanced Excel skills and solid SAP experience
- - Fluent in English and Spanish
