Where You'll Make a Difference
- Prepare fragrance applications in various consumer product bases, including candles, air fresheners and home care products.
- Create applied samples for internal evaluations, customer presentations and development projects following established protocols.
- Accurately weigh, blend and compound fragrance formulations into application bases.
- Support the evaluation of fragrance performance, stability and sensory characteristics across multiple end-use applications.
- Maintain laboratory materials, raw materials and supplies in accordance with laboratory procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, housekeeping and contamination prevention practices within the laboratory environment.
- Follow all Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) procedures when handling fragrance materials, chemicals and laboratory equipment.
- Document experimental work, sample preparation activities and testing results in applicable systems.
- Collaborate with perfumers, evaluators and technical teams to support project timelines and customer needs.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science or a related technical discipline.
- Up to 1 year of laboratory experience through internships, academic research or professional roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow technical procedures.
- Ability to work safely with chemicals, fragrance materials and laboratory equipment.
- Basic understanding of laboratory best practices, sample preparation and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with laboratory information management or automated laboratory systems.
