About the Role
The Systems Integration Analyst & AI Lead is the technical owner for BodyHealth's Infrastructure & Operations, responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT foundation — including systems infrastructure, integrations, automations, and vendor/asset management. This role also leads BodyHealth's applied AI strategy: deploying and governing enterprise AI tools, and building custom AI-powered micro-apps that extend our ERP's functionality.
The Systems Integration Analyst & AI Lead manages core enterprise platforms including Fulfil (ERP/WMS) and Office 365, alongside enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Little Bird. This role combines hands-on system administration with strategic planning to ensure BodyHealth's technology stack effectively supports operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the reliability, security, and scalability of core IT infrastructure and integrations
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and asset lifecycle across the tech stack
• Lead the consolidation of BodyHealth's tech stack into Fulfil, replacing the legacy MindCloud, NetSuite, and ShipStation environment
• Maintain and support MindCloud-based integrations between enterprise systems, until transition to Fulfil
• Support automation workflows that optimize data flow across ERP, marketplaces, and logistics platforms
• Own deployment and operational support of AI platforms like Claude and Microsoft Copilot
• Track and maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records
• Assist with vendor contract management and renewals as directed
• Lead adoption and governance of enterprise AI tools, including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Little Bird
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve operational efficiency across departments
• Design and build custom micro-apps using Claude to extend Fulfil's native capabilities
• Partner with operations and other stakeholders to translate business needs into functional AI-driven tools
• Maintain and iterate on micro-apps as business requirements evolve
Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in system administration, infrastructure support, and integration maintenance
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and software licensing
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and WMS platforms
• Experience supporting iPaaS platforms, preferably MindCloud
• Hands-on experience deploying, governing, or building workflow solutions using enterprise AI platforms
• Vendor coordination and asset tracking experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
• Experience in eCommerce or wholesale business environments
• Scripting skills (JavaScript, SQL) for micro-apps
• Awareness of IT security best practices
