PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE ROLE
The Trading area manages the execution of commercial operations and purchase and sale contracts. This is an internship position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the specific area and the role assigned, duties may include some of the following:
• Supporting the execution of international purchase and sale contracts for agro-industrial products shipped by vessel.
• Administering export and import contracts for grains, oils and palm under the various government regulations.
• Reviewing supporting documentation for export and import, and managing supplier payments.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Availability to undertake the internship.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic tools.
• Intermediate English (desirable).
