As Sourcing Manager within the Meat category, you're responsible for developing and implementing a smart, sustainable sourcing strategy for our meat categories. You play a crucial role in securing our supply chain, with an eye for price, quality, and availability. You're a permanent member of the Filière and play an active role within it.

What you will do:
- Lead the development of a forward-looking sourcing strategy
- Research and compare suppliers and build sustainable partnerships
- Co-negotiate contracts with a focus on price, quality, and delivery reliability
- Analyze market and commodity trends and translate them into concrete actions
- Contribute ideas on innovative products in collaboration with Category Management
- Work closely with colleagues across Benelux and actively participate in Filière projects
- Monitor supplier performance and adjust where needed
- Lead a team of 2 colleagues
Who you are:
- Master's degree in Economics or a comparable degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement
- A background in fresh products or supply chain is a plus
- Structured and pragmatic ways of working are among your strengths
- Strong analytically, commercially sharp, and highly organized
- A natural negotiator who knows how to persuade others
- You enjoy collaborating, building relationships, and delivering results
- Fluent in Dutch, with good French and English
