About Farm to People
Farm to People is an online farmers market grocery delivery service specializing in sustainably-sourced, local, fresh produce and artisanally produced foods. We are a tight-knit and inclusive team full of passionate foodies! Our customers can subscribe to a series of curated Farm Boxes or choose to shop à la carte. We deliver 7 days per week and are expanding in the NYC market. Our mission is to provide an ethical marketplace where people can know where their food is coming from. Growth marketing is how we bring more people into that mission. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can run the day to day with rigor, move fast as platforms change, and find efficiencies as we scale.
The role
This is a hands-on, full-funnel performance role. You own the day to day across our paid channels, building and launching campaigns, managing budgets, and making the calls that keep CPAs healthy and growth steady. You are as comfortable shaping a creative brief as pulling apart a CPA report, because great performance marketing is not just bidding and budgets, it is the right message, to the right person, at the right moment. You’ll partner with the VP of Growth Marketing on strategy and own the execution.
What you will do
Buy and optimize
• Run the day to day across paid channels, managing multi-million dollar annual budgets
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping,
YouTube), CTV, Pinterest, and TikTok, and test into new channels as they prove out.
• Own the product data feeds that power Shopping and catalog campaigns, keeping Merchant Center and catalogs clean, accurate, and optimized.
• Lead the strategy and execution of dynamic product ads and retargeting programs that drive incremental conversion, not just impressions.
• Track algorithm changes and understand what they actually mean for how you buy. Media buying looks different today than it did a year ago, and you adjust accordingly.
• Use AI to move faster across creative, reporting, and QA, with sharp judgment on where AI optimization wins and where manual adjustments still matters.
Test and create
• Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps across creative formats (video, static, UGC), messaging angles, audience segmentation, landing pages, and catalog feed improvements.
• Drive creative strategy and creative diversity, keeping a healthy mix of angles, formats, and hooks in the mix, then measure what the creative actually delivers.
• Translate customer personas, seasonal moments, and what is fresh this week into clear creative briefs for the design and content teams.
• Partner with the team to build audience strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
Analyze and grow
• Analyze your KPIs on an ongoing basis to prioritize optimizations, then turn the numbers into decisions the team can act on.
• Report channel performance and the story behind it, then recommend where budget should shift and which new platforms are worth testing.
• Mine search and social trends and volume to spot whitespace, emerging demand, and competitive threats, then feed that into strategy.
• Find the leverage points others miss: think creatively about where can we 10x our reach without 10x'ing our spend
• Work across product, lifecycle, and creative teams to close gaps in the funnel and extend the impact of paid spend.
What we are looking for
The skills
• Three or more years running paid acquisition, ideally for a DTC, subscription, or food and beverage brand.
• At least seven figures of paid media under your belt.
• The ability to understand attribution models, incrementality testing, and conversion signal health.
• Hands-on across both Meta and Google, with real ownership of campaigns and CPA targets.
• Experience managing product data feeds: Merchant Center, catalogs, and feed optimization for Shopping and dynamic campaigns.
• Fluent in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, with a real understanding of events, attribution, and how clean pixel and conversion data feeds good or bad signal to the algorithms.
• Comfortable in bulk launchers and ads managers, shipping campaigns at volume and at speed.
• Fluency with AI tools and the judgment to know when to let them optimize and when to take manual control.
• A creative eye, strong analytical instincts, and the sense to keep adapting as the platforms shift.
• Comfort writing precise creative briefs and identifying what drives performance at the copy and video/image level.
How you work
• You approach everything with a testing mindset, you value incrementality, and you can tell what an experiment actually proved.
• Challenges energize you, and you move easily between big-picture strategy and the hands-on tactics that get it done.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You are a curious self-starter who goes looking for the next opportunity instead of waiting for it.
• You are an owner with sharp problem-solving instincts, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle several projects without dropping any of them.
• You are a clear communicator who can take something complex and make it simple enough to drive a decision.
Bonus points
• Programmatic and DSP experience (The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar).
• Familiarity with affiliate, influencer, or retail media networks.
• Comfort working with feed and catalog management tools such as Feedonomics or DataFeedWatch.
• Experience w/ CRO and landing page tests
Compensation
• Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 base annually, depending on experience
• Employee Discount: 30% discount on Farm to People
• Health Benefits
