Supply chain planning: Help maintain stock, production, and inventory data, and support the Supply Chain Planner with planning overviews.
Procurement: Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, check supplier confirmations, and track deliveries of ingredients and packaging.
Master data: Keep product, packaging, and supplier data accurate across our systems.
Team support: Pick up operational tasks across the team as priorities shift, always in close coordination with the responsible team member.
Reporting and process improvement: Prepare regular reports on orders, stock, and purchasing, and help document and improve our supply chain processes.

About Us
Global protein consumption is skyrocketing—especially meat. And that’s creating massive challenges for health, climate, and animal welfare. At Project Eaden, we’re tackling this head-on with our patented fiber spinning technology: plant-based meat with authentic texture and taste. Our LEKKA products are already in millions of homes across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
