At Novonesis, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Digital & AI Acceleration team within Food & Beverages Biosolutions (FBB). Working closely with leaders driving the AI and Digital agenda, you will help accelerate AI adoption, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to AI-powered solutions that create business impact. The role & your impact
As a Student Assistant, you will support AI adoption, digital transformation, and AI solution development across FBB. You will contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution, helping turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities in this role
- Support AI and digital adoption activities across the organization.
- Create communication, training, and enablement materials.
- Support workshops, learning activities, and best-practice sharing.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of AI and digital solutions.
- Assist with stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Support data collection, dashboards, documentation, and operational activities.
What you'll need to be successful in this role
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree within business, technology, engineering, data science, biotechnology, life sciences, innovation, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 1.5 years remaining before completing your studies.
- Strong interest in AI, digital technologies, and business transformation.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working with data and technology, including analyzing information, identifying insights, and exploring digital, AI, or low-code/no-code solutions to solve business challenges.
Additional skills & interests we value
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience with coding, data science, data engineering, AI solution development, or related technical disciplines is considered an advantage.
- Experience creating presentations, training content, or communication materials.
- Interest in change management and technology adoption.

Working conditions
The position is based in Lyngby and Hørsholm, Denmark. The expected workload is approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods and study commitments. Regular presence in either office is expected, combined with the opportunity to work from home as agreed with the team. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic international environment, enjoys learning new things, and takes a hands-on approach to getting things done.
