What are you going to do?
As a Retail Project Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and supervising various maintenance, renovation, and technical projects within our Retail organization. You act as the central point of contact between internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and other external parties, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
You supervise contractors during the execution of work at our locations and are involved in projects such as maintenance, renovations, and the dismantling and removal of service stations. You monitor progress, coordinate activities with all involved parties, and ensure that agreements are adhered to. Additionally, you are involved in various maintenance issues.
You are also responsible for requesting, comparing, and evaluating quotations. You compare various offers based on quality, schedule, and costs, and assist in making the right choice. During execution, you monitor progress, identify deviations, and liaise promptly with the appropriate parties to successfully complete projects.
You are regularly on the road to visit locations throughout the Netherlands and maintain close contact with contractors and internal stakeholders. Therefore, it is advantageous to live centrally in the Netherlands.
What do you bring
A completed higher professional education (HBO) in Construction, Engineering, or a similar technical field
0–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a retail/gas station environment (internship experience counts)
An inquisitive and practical attitude with an interest in working on location.
Basic knowledge of project coordination, planning, and cost control
Interest in technical retail projects such as EV charging solutions, shop renovations, and car wash upgrades is a plus.
You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and liaise easily with various stakeholders.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where no day is the same.
