Join Kellanova as Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager at its Zanesville, Ohio facility. This member of the facility leadership team identifies and delivers maintenance programs and processes, works with Maintenance and Operations to improve reliability, implements maintenance best practices, manages the departmental budget, sets facility direction and policies, reduces costs and waste, manages spare-parts inventory and downtime, and partners on capital projects. The Zanesville facility is the exclusive producer of Kellanova’s plant-based protein products.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and extensive manufacturing maintenance/planning supervision or management experience; strategic stakeholder skills; substantial SAP PM or similar ERP experience; experience implementing maintenance programs such as TPM, RCM, planning/scheduling, predictive and preventive maintenance; and supervision of salaried and hourly maintenance staff.
Annual salary: $142,500–$195,910, with discretionary performance bonuses. Onsite in Zanesville, Ohio. Applicants must have permanent U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
