Job Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in on-site installation management.
Plan and execute project implementation, including cost and budget control, risk management, quality assurance, safety management, project acceptance, and documentation filing.
Prepare and present weekly project progress reports.
Support departmental operations and project-related activities.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
Assist with coordination and administrative duties.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, with the ability to independently oversee and manage projects from start to finish.
Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
Competencies and Other Requirements
Successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing/input methods, and project management tools.
Able to read layout drawings, process flow diagrams (PFDs), mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics. Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
Familiar with Hong Kong building, electrical, and mechanical regulations and statutory requirements.
Strong business communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and highly aware of project milestones and deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with proven team management and problem-solving skills.
