1. Assist Flavor Lab to compound flavor experiments and complete flavor samples.
2. Maintain flavor library including flavor retains required for QC purposes.
3. Maintain raw material inventory, focusing on shelf life, specific storage conditions, and minimum stock quantities.
4. Assist the Application Lab to arrange sensory tests with different samples.
1. Have good practical ability.
2. Preferably major in the food, chemistry or related major.
3. Good personality, team player.
4. Can work at least 4 months with 3 days per week.
