Senior Marketing Manager, Plant-Based Drinks
At Fazer, we believe in the power of plant-based innovation to shape a more sustainable future. As a Senior Marketing Manager for Plant-Based Drinks, you will play a central role in building the future of our beloved Aito brand, leading its growth and resonance across key markets.
You will be the strategic force behind the development and execution of the brand plan for local markets, focusing especially on the German and Swedish market, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Fazer’s overall category strategy and long-term business goals. From setting the annual and long-term agenda to defining go-to-market and growth strategies as well as working with country sales organisation and visibility in stores, you will ensure clear prioritization and impactful delivery across the board.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and commercial units, you will bring bold marketing initiatives to life—driving brand communication and ensuring consistent, consumer-relevant messaging that delivers on Aito’s promise. Your role spans from brand management and marketing execution to budgeting, performance tracking, and media planning, always keeping a sharp eye on competitiveness, innovation, and growth.
This position can be placed at our office either in Vantaa or Stockholm.

What you’ll bring to the team
You are a goal-oriented person with a strategic mindset. You are analytical and data driven. Further, you are great at stakeholder management both internally and externally towards partners. In addition, you are a strong project manager with excellent teamwork and influencing skills.
We expect you to have:
University degree in relevant area
ca. 5-7 years commercial brand and category experience
Experience from working with brands internationally
Experience from FMCG
Excellent commercial skills
Creative, long-term brand/category development capability
Understanding of brand/category profit and loss structure
Fluency in English. Fluency in Swedish, German and Finnish are meriting.
