Your role:
Support the development and maintenance of a group-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy and its integration into business strategy
Determination of certification and testing guidelines in the area of CSR & sustainability
Provide guidance, coordination and support in certification audits for customer, internal, co-packer and supplier audits in the area of CSR & Sustainability (Smeta 4 Pillar & SEDEX, RSPO, RFA & Iso14001) in consultation with the plants and relevant departments
Providing expert advice and support to clients on questions and challenges related to CSR & sustainability issues
Coordinate communications and actions to correct CSR audit findings with internal and external stakeholders
Further development of existing IT platforms to digitize documentation and process deviations in CSR & sustainability audits, including dashboards for evaluation
Providing continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementing appropriate measures
Your profile:
Completed studies in environmental sciences, sustainability management, environmental management, food technology, quality management, with a focus on sustainability or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR) or environmental management
Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing sustainability projects and initiatives in various business areas and, if necessary, across multiple locations
Certifications or further training in relevant areas such as CSR guidelines, environmental management standards (e.g. ISO 14001), social standards (e.g. SA8000), sustainability reporting or similar topics are an advantage
Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and implement solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in German and English) as well as intercultural competence
