To promote and communicate to the identified Customers of IFF Food Ingredients and the customer service platform to achieve and exceed our business objectives.
Achieve financial goals for the IFF Food Ingredients product range through the development and execution of the internal sales business plan, and the support and execution of the industry business plans. Consistently adhere to and follow all IFF Core Value principles and business requirements and guidelines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of designated customers through the SEA Region with total accountability to meet IFF Food Ingredients budget objectives and client needs.
- Support Account Managers with key partner distributors through sampling, SFDC pricing and quotations, managing consolidated price list, providing product documentation and other technical documents, proper coordination with other Support Teams such as Applications, Regulatory and Customer Service, and supporting the Account Managers on forecasting.
- Provide support to designated Distributors and House Accounts by forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations and follow up of customer queries and handling of customer complaints - in accordance with IFF Nourish procedures in order to deliver the expected customer inside sales service platform.
- Attends and Organizes the monthly Distributor Meetings
- Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities (with the supervision of of the Sales Leaders) at existing and new accounts, and capture these opportunities in salesforce.com. Selectively convert them into new sales in order to expand the profitable market share of the company.
- Monitor Company Portals of Key Customers, such as URC, Nestle, Unilever, Del Monte, San Miguel, Monde Nissin and Mondelez portal for any document requests.
- Provide a timely and accurate Open Sales Report weekly to the Sales Leader to be discussed on the weekly Commercial Meeting.
- Work cooperatively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team based culture fostered.
