Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Foodservice team!
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will be responsible for various elements of bringing our products to life within our varied customer base across the Foodservice sector. Managing our QuornPro brand, you will manage PR and creative/artwork agencies to deliver high-quality assets and campaign content, executing sector-specific marketing plans unique to sectors such as QSR, casual dining, education and healthcare.
You will create and deliver B2B marketing campaigns such as menu campaigns/seasonal activations that influence, drive engagement and delivers against customer needs. Working closely with our commercial team to develop commercial toolkits, you will help to sell stories and create materials for our sales teams to execute within their customer base.
This role will be remotely based with travel to Quorn sites, team meetings and customers as and when required.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
Presentable background in trade/customer/channel marketing, or a commercial activation focused role within a foodservice/FMCG or B2B environment
Ability to develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans along with experience of managing external agency partners
Passion for food and the Quorn product portfolio
Commercial acumen with a good grasp of sales drivers, promotional levers and ROI tracking
Excellent attention to detail, especially when producing sales-facing or brand-facing materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
The Recruitment Process

1st Stage - 30-45 minute Microsoft Teams introductory call with our Business Unit Controller & Resourcing Partner
2nd Stage - in-person interview and task with key stakeholders from our Foodservice team
