High Time Foods just closed our Seed round, and we’re scaling fast. We make globally inspired frozen handhelds built for foodservice - bold flavors, plant-forward, and extremely convenient for institutional kitchens.
We’re already moving product through partners like Sysco, and we’re just getting started. Now we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the Boston/Northeast territory, build real customer relationships, and help us win across colleges, hospitals, and corporate dining.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, field-first role. You’ll be leading demos, pitching chefs, and getting our products onto plates and menus.
What You’ll Do
Win New Accounts – Drive operator sales in institutional foodservice - College & University dining, schools, Hospitals and corporate dining. Build a real pipeline.
Manage Distributors – Own relationships with Sysco, Foodbuy, and other distributor partners.
Run Demos – Set up and execute product tastings, trainings, and in-field events.
Execute Regional Strategy – Align with leadership on pricing, promotions, and targets.
Track & Report – Keep the team updated on sales activity, wins, and forecasts via CRM.
What You Bring
4+ years of sales experience (foodservice preferred, but not required)
Familiarity with distribution networks (Sysco, US Foods, etc.)
Self-starter who thrives on closing deals and building relationships
Comfort with cooking and running demos
Based in the Boston area, with ability to travel throughout the region
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (product samples, demo gear)
Bonus Points For
Experience launching or scaling a food or beverage brand
Existing relationships in colleges, corporate dining, or healthcare
