A knack for sustainable logistics, love of leadership, solid planning and steady execution are what’s key here. You will be the key contributor to develop the Supply Chain network design and organisation. Together with the team you will be responsible to design, implement and manage a scalable European network design and distribution footprint with sustainability, efficiency and customer-centricity as priorities.
The Logistics Manager Europe & International will report to the Director Global Logistics and be the key contributor in managing the logistics team to drive the logistics operational excellence and performance throughout the Europe & International region, whilst maintaining optimal cost position.

Lead the European logistics team
Shape the future structure of the Europe & International logistics organization, aligning it with strategic goals and required capabilities
Drive the development of a best-in-class logistics and distribution network across the region
Ensure operational excellence by meeting key logistics targets for OTIF (On Time In Full), sustainability, and cost-efficiency
Take ownership of performance and cost development across all logistics service providers
Guarantee that all partners adhere to Oatly’s standards for quality and sustainability
Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction and control within the European logistics function, while supporting regional cost-out programs
Oversee regional logistics sourcing processes and actively back local teams in their procurement efforts
Build and maintain a robust logistics performance management dashboard and enable continuous improvement through a structured PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach
Foster a customer-centric mindset in close collaboration with markets and cross-functional teams
Contribute to the execution of Oatly’s sustainable logistics strategy, turning long-term ambitions into tangible progress

What We Need You To Bring To The Table
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in logistics and supply chain management
In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including distribution, warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment processes
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, implement ideas quickly, and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environment
Solid background in supplier sourcing and relationship management
International exposure or experience within a comparable industry, bringing a global perspective to logistics challenges
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
Training or certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, supporting continuous improvement and efficiency
As we act in a truly global setting, your communication skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
