Head of Labeling Division
Full-time position from our TLV offices.
Would you like to join one of the hottest, fastest-growing NGO in the vegan world? Vegan-Friendly seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial Head of Labeling Division, located in the center of Tel Aviv.
This individual will be a cross-functional leader and strategic dealmaker. The ideal candidate will be curious about all aspects of the brand and business. The individual will need to understand the nuances of the business & industry - touching almost all aspects of the company, from finance, marketing, product launch, operations, and management. The role will call for both establishing internal processes and reporting (with buy-in from key stakeholders), and identifying external resources & partners to drive the business forward. The role will also call for executing upon and leading key strategic projects.
The successful candidate is a collaborative, energetic leader capable of driving efficiencies and strategic business thinking. He or she will be flexible in their management approach and will be proactive in their interaction with others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Labeling Division, which includes Back Office, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
Manage Sales Opportunities with big clients: Sponsorships and Promotion Packages.
Actively engage in business development efforts, including personally conducting a high volume of sales calls with prospects at all organizational levels.
Work with executives and business leaders to build financial models & forecasts and in order to present a compelling business cases
Advise on and manage through a potential liquidity event or capital raise opportunity
Assist marketing in sourcing best-in-class partners and testing new strategies to deliver brand awareness and growth
Present to CEO and Board of Directors on key strategic initiatives and financial milestones
Review, challenge and replace existing processes and procedures as necessary
Partner with Senior Management to design, establish and maintain a flexible organizational infrastructure structure that will support the NGOs continued dynamic growth
Recruit, train, evaluate and develop staff as necessary to keep pace with increasing volume and complexity of transactions

QUALIFICATIONS
A strong connection to veganism and animal rights
Past experience in business development - Must
Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
Prior management of sales teams is a strong advantage.
