Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure contracts reflect IFF’s values, legal standards, and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure contract accuracy.
• Promote the use of IFF’s contract templates and contribute to their evolution.
• Negotiate fair and favorable terms with vendors, clients, and partners, balancing business needs and compliance.
• Partner with legal, finance, and procurement teams to align contract terms with company objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including liability clauses, data privacy, and information security.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for contract-related questions and support.
• Monitor contract lifecycles, ensuring timely renewals and smooth terminations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
• Solid understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools.
