The role is based in Jiande, Hangzhou. Will be engaged in research, management, supervision, inspection, inspection, analysis, appraisal and so on of technical quality and service quality. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Perform all responsibilities associated with Quality Assurance System.
- Develop and evaluate new or revised procedures using methodology and in-depth understanding of all procedures in the QA system, ensure documentation and records are maintained according to plant procedures and the quality system Support associated with Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001/14001, HACCP, Kosher, Halal. Provide the necessary audits and training.
- Control and maintain plant quality document.
- Monitor plant KPI.
- Responsible for MOC coordinator for product quality change, Customer complaints, Internal Audit activity, External Audit activity, Supplier Audit, CAR follow up.
- Provide monthly report.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by manager according to business needs.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Minimum bachelor degree with of science degree preferred in food technology, chemical technology, microbiology, or related fields of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance in quality & food safety system management, analytical, microbiology lab, quality control in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical.
- Experience with quality system management ISO 9001/14001, HALA. Experience with cGMP & HACCP, pharmaceutical quality management and FSSC 22000 is preferred.
- Formal statistical training and demonstrated ability to apply statistical techniques to laboratory methods and plant processes.
- Demonstrated ability to apply chemistry concepts to solve problems.
- Excellent computer skills and software knowledge, including proficiency in programs such SAP, Microsoft office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality requirements and meeting deadlines.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
