Where You’ll Make a Difference
Respond to plant requests with urgency and ownership for Indirect Material and Services for México, US & Canada.
Develop supplier network & Monitor and manage supplier performance (locally)
Manage the local sourcing for the assigned plant(s) and regional sourcing portfolio in accordance with Global Procurement policies, systems and procedures (trainings)
Identifying any potential savings with the team
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders (Tier 3 meetings) & Suppliers with the team
Identifying alternative vendors (local strategic supplier)
Work closely with stakeholders and manufacturing (Management)
Identify savings projects and deploy in the plants
What Makes You the Right Fit
Graduates with at least 6 to 10 years of experience in Indirect Material & Services in Procurement in NA
6 years’ experience on negotiation
Experience in Leading & Inspiring a Team
Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus.
Proficient in SAP for procurement and supplier management tasks
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier networks within the U.S. market
