Process Engineer

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Demonstrate competency in specific technology areas or applications, using your expertise to develop value-creating solutions for project teams and stakeholders
- Manage more than one project assigned by supervision, you will have the responsibility for the experimental aspects of the project and provide high quality data
- You will recognize and find ways to improve the quality of the experimental/work of the team, delivering quality results and solutions to complex problems;
- Plans schedules and determines resources to drive results to meet objectives;
- Seek and implements new ideas to solve problems and make innovative contributions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Food or any other relevant discipline.
- Ability to effectively identify processes and strategies
- Excellent influencing skills, business knowledge and building relations
- Strong project management skills, disciplined and willing to embrace diversity.
- Ability to deliver in a fast changing environment with good prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch
