Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and manage a regional team of full-time and contract Site IT staff, ensuring high-quality support across all IFF sites in your region.
- Deliver excellent IT customer service by resolving incidents and requests quickly and effectively.
- Oversee onboarding, training, goal-setting, and performance evaluation of regional IT staff based on SLAs (Service Level Agreements), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and project outcomes.
- Balance team priorities between daily support, global IT initiatives, and local business projects.
- Act as a key liaison between regional business stakeholders and the global IT organization.
- Ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across IT teams.
- Continuously improve support processes and develop team capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- Maintain and update site support documentation annually to ensure continuity.
- Manage regional IT budgets, stock levels, and procurement of equipment to meet user and project needs.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT teams, including contractors and outsourced staff.
- Proven ability to lead in a multicultural, international environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of Service Level Management, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience in client deployment, configuration, and end-user computing.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and building relationships across all levels.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
