Join our team as the key link between customers and our sales organization! In this role, you’ll handle and process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. You’ll build strong relationships with select customers and internal teams, using your product knowledge and understanding of customer needs to deliver exceptional service. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day customer queries, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution.
- Coordinate sample requests, pricing updates, and product information to support account strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of forecasts, sales data, and customer interactions for seamless reporting.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in managing cross-functional projects with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track timelines and deliverables for new product launches and customer initiatives.
- Support financial processes including pricing, margin analysis, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align on global account priorities.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a commercial or customer support role, ideally in FMCG or fragrance industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and functions.
- Proactive problem-solver who can handle issues and propose solutions effectively.
