We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (CPD) who will be the single point of contact for IFF’s sales force, will effectively operate as the liaison on all issues relating to existing and new taste business.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate and participate in daily project meetings, ensuring alignment between teams and project goals.
- Serve as the key link between Account Management, Creative Center, Sales, and Technical teams to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
- Understand project briefs and help build clear, structured project plans in collaboration with account managers and project teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cost parameters, proactively addressing risks and proposing necessary adjustments.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry into the project management system and update project status as needed.
- Provide timely reports to regional management on project progress, sales status, and operational performance.
- Track order fulfillment with Operations and communicate any exceptions or delays.
- Handle SAP-related tasks to maintain accurate pricing and customer data.
- Provide customers with required documentation and support throughout project execution.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across commercial, technical, and creative teams.
- Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in digital tools and project management systems, with strong computer skills.
- Experience in commercial support or project coordination roles.
- Positive, open personality with a drive for learning and personal development.
- Residing in Kocaeli or the Asian side of Istanbul, or willing to relocate.
