In this role, you will support the development and execution of pricing strategies across the region, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and profitability. You will analyze market trends, manage pricing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations. This position reports directly to the Pricing Director.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage pricing activities in alignment with global and regional guidelines, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong governance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, product seasonality, and external economic factors to guide pricing decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing strategies across product lines to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Lead the viability assessment of rate structures, policies, and promotions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Conduct regular price and cost analyses to support margin improvement and strategic pricing initiatives.
- Own and update the EAME cost books, ensuring timely and accurate provision of pricing inputs.
- Support business analysts and sales teams with pricing‑related inquiries, sales order pricing validation, and commercial policy application.
- Design and manage pricing information systems and dashboards to support decision‑making (Excel, SAP, Salesforce).
- Calculate planned costs for new products and support cross-functional teams in new product introduction processes.

- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) for pricing and profitability reporting.
- Experience working with SAP (pricing modules, master data, sales order pricing) and Salesforce (CRM data review, opportunity pricing).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Solid understanding of revenue management, cost structures, price elasticity, and competitive benchmarking.
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach to daily tasks and long-term projects.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Prior experience in a regional/global pricing or revenue management role within a multinational organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing automation, system enhancements, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience supporting Middle East & Africa markets or other emerging regions.
