Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Monitor and manage SAP IBP planning alerts and exceptions; simulate scenarios and coordinate resolutions with MPS and Procurement.
- Track raw material inventory health, reconcile month-end inventory, and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
- Review 4–12 week raw material plan to ensure alignment with Master Production Schedule and site readiness.
- Validate purchase requisitions, confirm/adjust order proposals, ensure on-time availability, and convert to POs.
- Define and set up planning parameters for raw materials in line with global templates.
- Generate and publish the raw material plan in SAP IBP on the defined cadence.
- Analyze the raw material plan, identify gaps and risks, and provide inputs to MPS and SIOP Supply Review.
- Escalate unresolved constraints and collaborate with MPS Planner and Production Scheduler.
- Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers on constraints, confirmations, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate raw material and supplier master data impacting planning runs.
- Support continuous improvement of raw material planning processes and contribute to KPI tracking.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, or operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception-based planning.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
- Continuous improvement mindset; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.
- Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Spanish language skills desirable.
- APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
