Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage Sample Requests: Coordinate and process sample requests from GKA Account Managers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Track Sample Status: Maintain and update sample tracking systems, monitor progress, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain Sample Bank: Oversee sample bank inventory, including organization, replenishment, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare Product Documentation: Create and update product-related documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global standards.
- Generate Reports and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on sales performance and project progress for internal review.
- Support Sales and Project Analysis: Provide data insights and analysis to assist in decision-making for sales strategies and project execution.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, product management) to ensure smooth execution of GKA initiatives.
- Handle Ad Hoc Tasks: Respond to additional requests from GKA Account Managers, delivering high-quality support on time.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excel, PPT, Word.
