We are now seeking a motivated and result driven talent to join our Scent division as Stability Scientist (4 month contract).
You will be part of the Scent Technology & Innovation Body Care team, based in our Creative Center in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
Plan and manage technical work to support fragrance creation.
Coordinate projects, interacting with various IFF departments (creative teams, sales, operations, …) and customers.
Ensure fragrance stability and optimize performance in various applications.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
Stay knowledgeable about consumer and customer needs and market trends in Fine Fragrance category.
Uphold best practices in data management, lab protocol and safety procedures.
Support the deployment of innovations by testing them in final products and providing feedback.
Contribute to understanding the IP landscape and data generation.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s degree in science & technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline; or a BS degree in Science & Technology with 2-8 years of related experience.
Capability to perform olfactory evaluations.
Fluent in English.
Foster a collaborative mindset and build a relationship of trust with other fragrance functions (creative team, sales, operations, etc.).
