Where You Will Make a Difference
• Lead daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing.
• Develop and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and performance of extraction and processing equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to investigate deviations, support root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production operators and technicians while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, sustainability, and overall production performance.
• Manage raw material inventory, finished goods flow, and operational costs, including energy, labor, and material usage.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in a process manufacturing environment, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Research and Development, and Quality teams.
• Proficiency with production management systems, digital tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
