We’ve spent the last five years building a robust technological foundation, validating our product across multiple applications, and securing strategic investment. Now, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Food Process Engineer.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Process Engineer who can translate lab-scale innovation into robust, scalable manufacturing processes. You’ll be the technical backbone of our production operations, designing, optimizing, and supervising the transition to larger-scale manufacturing.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with our science team, technical partners, and equipment suppliers to ensure our production is efficient, compliant, and future-ready. You can be the owner and supervisor of TTMs commercial production runs and prepare & build our next scale production line(s).
Join our innovative team as a Process Engineer, where you'll bridge the gap between lab-scale discoveries and full-scale industrial processes. Collaborate closely with our science team to design, run, and analyse scale-up experiments,
What you’ll do:
Own and evolve our production strategy to align with TTM’s growth
Design and execute production runs in food processing
Optimize process parameters to enhance yield, consistency, and cost-effectiveness.
Collect, analyse, and document process data, including batch records and SOPs.
Collaborate across supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless scale-up and operational excellence Ensure safety and quality compliance during the scale-up process.
Design and manage the scale-up of continuous factory line(s), hands-on in process engineering with technical partners.
Conducting quality, compliance & HAZOP studies
Supervise production runs and troubleshoot in real time
About you:
5-10 years of experience in a similar role in the Food Industry
MSc or BSc in Chemical/Bioprocess Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with food production equipment such as mixing, separation, and drying.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with process data and troubleshooting.
Thrive in a startup environment, with a flexible, proactive approach and the willingness to both “do” and “design.”
Willingness to travel abroad up to 25% in the next 1,5 years .
