About the role
Do you love meeting new people, creating great first impressions, and bringing innovative food to life? This role puts you at the center of Tempty Foods’ growth — face to face with consumers.
As we grow our presence in convenience and retail, we are looking for a service-minded Sales Activation / Brand Representative to be the face of Tempty Foods in stores and at events across Denmark.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role where you will bring our products to life through in-store samplings, events, and direct interaction with consumers and retail staff. You will play an important role in building brand awareness, creating great first product experiences, and gathering valuable feedback from the market.
You will be part of our sales/marketing team, where the working language is English. Day-to-day work in stores and at events will be in Danish.
Location & Work Setup
This role is based in Copenhagen (HQ) with potential travel across Denmark for in-store samplings and events.
The position is part-time (20-30h/week), with a flexible schedule depending on activities. Starting date is ideally as soon as possible.
What You’ll Do:
In-Store Samplings: Run product samplings at convenience and retail customers
Event Presence: Represent Tempty Foods at trade shows, pop-ups, and events
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with store staff and engage directly with consumers
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as Tempty’s brand ambassador in real-life settings
Market Feedback: Collect feedback and insights from samplings and events
Activation Reporting: Handle simple reporting and follow-up after activations
What Success Looks Like:
Consumers have a positive, memorable first experience with Tempty Foods products
Strong engagement and relationships are built with retail staff and customers
Valuable insights from samplings and events are shared with the team
Tempty Foods is represented consistently and professionally in all activations
What we’re Looking For:
Service-minded, outgoing, and confident at starting conversations with new people
Proactive and responsible, comfortable working independently and representing the brand alone in stores and at events
Fluent in Danish and comfortable communicating in English internally
Holds a valid driver’s license and is flexible to travel across Denmark
Available on weekdays (often Fridays), open to Saturday work occasionally
Experience with sampling, retail, or events is a plus but not a must
