Flashfood is on a mission to reduce food waste by helping grocery retailers unlock new value from surplus inventory. We partner with leading grocery banners across North America and are looking for a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to own and grow our enterprise relationships.
We are looking for a seasoned enterprise account manager who understands large retail organizations, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to turn strong partnerships into sustained growth, adoption, and impact.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured by:
Growth, expansion, and retention of enterprise grocery accounts
Ownership of all account components, from relationships with key stakeholders, day to day contacts, and district and store teams.
Account growth and achievement to monthly and annual targets.
Deep knowledge of grocery business metrics with a fluency in the key metrics that drive performance and indicate account health.
Risk and issue ownership, with an action plan to address and turn around any problems with accounts.
Who You Are
You are a strategic, data-driven account leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-region retail partnerships. You’re comfortable owning executive relationships, navigating operational complexity, and translating insights into action.
You bring:
7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or partnerships
Experience working with large retailers; grocery or retail tech experience strongly preferred
A strong understanding of retail operations and the intersection of sustainability and profitability
Partner satisfaction (NPS) program creation and monitoring preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and comfort using KPIs to drive decisions
A passion for sustainability and reducing food waste at scale
Knowledge of Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, Asana is a plus
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end relationships with enterprise grocery partners across the West Coast, from C-suite to store operations
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to partner sustainability, profit, and adoption goals
Expand existing accounts through new store rollouts, feature pilots, and program adoption
Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions using clear, data-driven insights
Conduct store visits and deliver in-person training to drive consistent execution and adoption
Partner closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, Customer Success) to support partner success and resolve issues
Identify underperformance, training gaps, or adoption barriers and drive corrective action
Translate performance metrics into compelling partner-facing narratives and recommendations
Represent the voice of the retailer internally, influencing priorities and roadmap decisions
Support renewals and contract expansions with data-backed business cases
Represent Flashfood at partner meetings and relevant industry events
Own risk and issue assessment to drive actionable resolutions to partner issues
Create evangelists within our partner org who will champion the program internally and throughout the industry
Create and drive a partner NPS scoring program in partnership with the product and marketing team to assess partner satisfaction and promoter score.
