We are seeking for a Scrum Master – Automation & Robotics who is responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery within the Automation & Robotics team by coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and removing impediments that impact delivery. In addition to core Scrum Master responsibilities, the role provides flexible support across the automation lifecycle, including selected RPA Business Analysis activities and portfolio-level delivery governance. The role ensures that Agile principles are applied consistently, initiatives are properly profiled into the delivery pipeline, and overall portfolio flow is optimized. The Scrum Master operates as a servant leader and delivery enabler, working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, the Solutions Architect, AI Expert, and the Technical Lead, while reporting directly to the Director of Automation and Intelligent Solutions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure consistent application of Agile and Scrum principles across automation delivery teams.
- Maintain well‑structured product backlogs and support teams in defining clear sprint goals.
- Drive predictable delivery and stable velocity across multiple automation workstreams.
- Oversee the automation delivery portfolio in partnership with the Director of Automation and Intelligent Solutions.
- Manage intake, profiling, sizing, and prioritization of new initiatives entering the delivery pipeline.
- Track cross-team dependencies, capacity constraints, and delivery risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide flexible support for RPA Business Analysis activities, including process assessment and requirements clarification.
- Partner with Business Analysts during peak demand periods or portfolio expansions.
- Coach team members on Agile mindset, collaboration, and self‑organization to strengthen team maturity.
- Support onboarding of new colleagues into Agile ways of working and delivery practices.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery performance; escalate risks where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Solutions Architects, and Senior Business Analysts to align delivery plans.
- Deliver clear and structured reporting on delivery status, portfolio health, and key Agile metrics to leadership.
- Track and use Agile performance data (velocity, throughput, burn-down, predictability) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance standards and contribute to enhancing Agile delivery practices.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting portfolio-level delivery governance.
- Exposure to RPA or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience operating in global or distributed team environments.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Occasional travel based on project needs.
