We are seeking aRegional Technical Manager – Latam North, based in Mexico, with strong expertise inmonogastric nutrition (poultry and swine). This role is critical to supporting our customers and driving technical excellence in the region. You will collaborate closely with theSales Team,Global Technical Team,R&D, andMarketingto deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Technical Support & Customer Solutions
- Provide technical expertise for IFF Animal Nutrition products and services in Mexico and potentially Central America.
- Ensure correct application and dosage of products to meet customer objectives.
- Conduct feed sampling, evaluate feed mill processes, and oversee product concentration tests.
- Support customers with on-site evaluations and troubleshooting.
Monogastric Focus
- Develop and implement technical programs specifically for poultry and swine production systems and advise on nutrition strategies, feed formulation, and performance optimization for monogastrics.
Trials & Research
- Manage customer trials and participate in regional/global R&D projects and collect and analyze samples (feed, animal tissue) to validate product performance.
Knowledge Transfer & Training
- Deliver technical presentations at industry events, seminars, and congresses and train distributors and customers on product application and best practices.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Report monthly progress, customer strategies, and competitive insights using CRM tools. and monitor competitor activities and emerging technologies in the monogastric segment.
Strategic Contribution
- Support development of regional and global business strategies and identify opportunities for new technologies, partnerships, and acquisitions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree inAnimal Science, Veterinary Medicineor related field.
- Advanced knowledge inmonogastric Nutritionis essential.
- Knowledge onRuminantsNutrition is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in technical roles within poultry and/or swine nutrition.
- Proven track record in feed formulation, performance evaluation, and customer support.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret trial data.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven.
- MS Office and statistical package
