Where You’ll Make a Difference
Coordinate the planning and execution of internal, external, and statutory audits within Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring all activities are completed on schedule.
Ensure timely availability of required information, documentation, and evidence for auditors, maintaining full accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate kick-off, closing, and follow-up meetings with auditors and all relevant operational teams.
Maintain and update the annual audit calendar, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
Track audit findings and follow up on remediation plans with process owners to ensure timely closure.
Report progress, risks, and outstanding issues to management and global audit teams.
Oversee statutory compliance activities, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting notes for statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal, and regulatory obligations, including submissions to local authorities or institutions (such as national statistics or financial entities).
Manage documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, OneDrive), ensuring proper traceability of evidence, controls, and policies.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or compliance.
Previous experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of international auditing standards, internal controls, and relevant frameworks such as SOX, IFRS, US GAAP, as applicable.
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting functionalities.
Intermediate–advanced English communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage projects and work with multiple stakeholders across departments.
