And thatās why we are looking for a Finance Intern! To join the Good Rebels team and gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting tasks, budgeting, and reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
šÆ The Challenge
Process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.Ā
Assist with bank allocations and collections management.Ā
Ensure the billing process is accurate and compliant with local regulations and corporate policies.Ā
Resolve customer queries and discrepancies.Ā
Periodically reconcile customer accounts.Ā
Assist the team with accounting and tax tasks, such as Intrastat or SII.Ā
Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to prevent and resolve customer charges or deductions.Ā
Participate in financial data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.Ā
Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Ā
Support accounts receivable and treasury managementĀ
Participate in the improvement of accounting and financial processes, proposing ideas to increase efficiency.Ā

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldĀ
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge will be a plus.Ā
An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.Ā
Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunitiesĀ
Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and Englis. French is desirable too.Ā
Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ā
