Overview:
The Sales Strategy Manager – Digital Shelf ensures Greenhouse products show up best-in-class across retailer.com platforms. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, e-commerce, and omnichannel retail, owning the day-to-day performance of our digital shelf across priority retail partners. You will ensure our products are discoverable, accurate, compelling, and consistently aligned with our commercial priorities. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to maintain strong digital shelf execution and quickly resolve issues that impact shopper experience or product visibility.
Statement of Work & Responsibilities:
Digital Shelf Execution
Own execution of Greenhouse product listings across priority retailer platforms
Ensure product content, imagery, and attributes meet internal standards and retailer requirements
Identify and resolve listing errors, missing content, or inconsistencies that impact discoverability or conversion
Maintain strong digital shelf hygiene across priority SKUs
Omnichannel Coordination
Partner with account teams to ensure digital shelf execution supports broader retail priorities
Ensure new product launches appear online quickly, accurately, and with complete content
Align digital shelf presence with merchandising and promotional calendars
Performance Monitoring
Track digital shelf health indicators across key retailer platforms
Flag opportunities to improve product visibility, content quality, and shopper experience
Build internal reporting that keeps teams informed on digital shelf performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maintain accurate and compelling product content
Coordinate content updates and improvements across internal teams and external partners
Help maintain consistent product information across systems and retail partners
Desired Skills and Experience:
4–7 years' experience in CPG, e-commerce, digital shelf management, or sales strategy
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Comfort working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations teams
Experience working with retailer.com ecosystems or digital shelf platforms is a plus
