Mission
As an International Account Manager at Oddlygood® International, you contribute to the growth of Rude Health—one of British pioneers in the plant-based category—as well as to the launch of Oddlygood®, a leading Finnish brand that holds the number one position in its home market. This role reports to the Head of International. It is a full-time position based in the London office.
You help develop and implement a winning international strategy that further strengthens our brands. You are part of a high-performing team that is passionate about driving profitable growth in sales and market share, while building sustainable relationships with our retail partners, distributors, and out-of-home (OOH) customers.
You make smart commercial decisions to increase distribution, turnover, availability, and visibility—ensuring we always stay one step ahead of the competition. With an entrepreneurial and energetic mindset, you actively seek out commercial opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the International Team and embody the Oddlygood® culture, driving market-leading results.
Execute a strong commercial strategy according to the defined company scorecard for Oddlygood® and Rude Health across international supermarket, online, distribution, and OOH channels, with a holistic view of sales, supply chain, margins, marketing, and people. Within this strategy you act within the commercial framework, where you deliver winning and profitable customer plans across the full marketing mix (the 4 Ps).
Build strong relationships - at different stages of doing business - with our retail and distribution partners in core international markets and turn them into proud ambassadors of Oddlygood® and Rude Health. (The International team is responsible for over 52 markets, your responsibility will be dealing with retailers direct and distributors in Europe and outside EU distributors like Middle East and Central-America. With some partners we have recently launched and most have shown sustainable growth over years.)
Think and act like an entrepreneur, seizing every opportunity to increase distribution, turnover, profitability, availability, and visibility.
Ensure excellent execution of international account management—from annual plans and promotions to forecasting, customer administration, and the complexities of international trade.
Work closely with operations through accurate forecasting to ensure a reliable supply chain and support the right route to market.
Identify and approach potential customers or strong partners in your regions.
Advise on assortment, positioning, and channel priorities.
Provide insight into relevant legislation and regulations, as well as the required documentation to enter the market through these customers or partners.
Your Profile
