We are seeking for a Process Analyst, AR, CC & Collection who is responsible for supporting Process Coordinators with maintaining end-to-end process flow for IFF’s global strategic program, work with critical financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the Process Coordinator in maintaining an effective and smooth process flow using Excel and SAP.
- Assist with handling and validating large volumes of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular operational activities related to strategic program under established procedures and guidance.
- Help identify opportunities for automation and process improvements by analyzing data and current workflows.
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, and basic analyses to support decision‑making and process monitoring.
- Support strong financial outcomes by assisting in the execution of global operations.
- Contribute to compliance and governance by helping maintain transparent, well‑controlled processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Good Microsoft Office skills, with solid working knowledge of Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Cash Application; prior exposure is an advantage.
- Proficient level of English
- Basic working knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn quickly.
- Interest in process improvement and continuous learning; prior exposure to improvement initiatives is a plus.
- University degree (or final‑year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
